Customer Service Trainer Chichester

Salary: £28,400 per annum | Hours: 35/week (Mon-Fri)

Based in Chichester, with occasional travel to other offices, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

What Youll Do:

Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance skills and performance.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure training aligns with organisational goals.

Create innovative digital learning content using cutting-edge technology.

Continuously improve training effectiveness through evaluation and feedback.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation.

Background in training/mentoring within a customer service setting

A flair for creating compelling e-learning content (bonus points if you know Articulate software).

Strong presentation skills and a talent for engaging audiences.

CIPD Level 3 is a plus, but a commitment to professional development is even better and full support will be given to achieve full qualification.
