A leading water management business specialising in the sustainable use of water is looking for a confident, robust and experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead efforts in generating, nurturing and converting high-quality leads across various channels. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, a range of health, social and other financial benefits, professional development opportunities and flexible/hybrid working arrangements. As Demand Generation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, targeting key industries such as hospitality, food production, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.) to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and attendees to events.
  • Working with internal expertise and external content resource to create engaging, informative, and relevant marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute lead nurturing campaigns, track lead activity and updating our prospect database.
  • Analysing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and monitor conversion rates through the funnel.
  • Partnering with sales, senior management and account management teams to align efforts with broader company goals.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies.
  • Fostering relationships with external partners and vendors to extend reach and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Managing the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Regularly reporting on the performance of initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager with:
  • Extensive experience in demand generation, preferably within a B2B or consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Touchdown, or similar), CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
