- Developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, targeting key industries such as hospitality, food production, manufacturing, and retail.
- Planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.) to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and attendees to events.
- Working with internal expertise and external content resource to create engaging, informative, and relevant marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute lead nurturing campaigns, track lead activity and updating our prospect database.
- Analysing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and monitor conversion rates through the funnel.
- Partnering with sales, senior management and account management teams to align efforts with broader company goals.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies.

- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Extensive experience in demand generation, preferably within a B2B or consultancy environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Touchdown, or similar), CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation tactics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
