Orc client is a leading manufacturer who are now looking for a CAD Designer to join their friendly team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

The successful CAD Designer will play a pivotal part in translating creative concepts into precise technical drawings. Working closely with the manufacturing and design teams, you will help bring innovative solutions to life.

CAD Designer - Package Overview

  • Salary: £26k - £30k
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

CAD Designer - Roles & Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications for bespoke products.
  • Manage and update existing drawings and documentation.
  • Support prototype development and testing processes.
  • Work with the Sales and Production teams to troubleshoot and assist in new product development.
  • Ensure all designs comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of new designs and projects.

CAD Designer - Position Requirements

  • Strong IT skills with experience in AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to effectively communicate with internal departments and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
