Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator.

As an Administrator at Hyde, you will be working in the Property Services team across a full range of service areas ensuring excellent customer service, as well as managing customer enquiries related to property services works orders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to troubleshoot and diagnose repair issues.
  • Assist with customer complaints and concerns related to property repairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, and provide appropriate follow-up to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team ensuring any requests, queries and problems are resolved in manner that improves overall customer satisfaction/ experience.
  • Develop awareness of standard information relating to Property Service to deal and respond accurately to any customer queries.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong IT proficiency, including using Microsoft packages
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
