We are seeking to appoint an Electrical Design Engineer to join a forward-thinking Multi-Disciplinary Design & Build consultancy who work on exciting Commercial, Industrial & MOD projects across the UK!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Building Services Design Engineer to take ownership of all aspects of electrical building services design, ensuring excellence in technical, contractual, and administrative project execution.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Attendance at project and design meetings with the client, Conducted detailed design and specification of Electrical Building Services systems.
- Work with CAD Technicians to produce relevant electrical designs.
- Keep all project related documentation in compliance with the Business Management systems, processes and procedures.
- Offer consultative service to clients, exceeding expectations and delivering first class service
Skills & Experience required
- Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering within a Commercial or Construction environment.
- Experience or Qualifications in designing Electrical projects in commercial buildings.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with clients and other design team members.
- Solid experience of Electrical Engineering and a desire to work with design teams on project execution.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and general organisation skills.
Summary
Position: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Chichester, West Sussex - Office with visit to sites
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000/yr
Hours: Full-Time Office and Site based
Start: Notice Dependant
