We are on the lookout for a Production Operative to join our team, to work on behalf of our client based in Bosham.

Previous experience is essential. Some on the job training will be provided.
Production Operative Role and Responsibilities:
- The main duties of this role will be working in the Production area, loading lines, packing, boxing, palletising, and some machine work, other duties as when required.
- Keeping the production area clean and tidy at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety.
- Pack all products to customer specification.
- Occasional heavy work up to 25kg
- Working in a chilled environment
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
- Carry out effective communications
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Production Operative Skills and Experience:
- A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential) due to location
- A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
- At least 1 years’ experience working within a warehouse environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
