- Track weekly operational performance metrics and ensure progress on cost-saving initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
- Prepare and evaluate capital investment proposals, conduct post-implementation reviews, and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyse product and customer profitability to support pricing and margin decisions and explain monthly production variances and their impact on financial performance.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to provide clear financial insights, helping them understand the financial impact of projects, new processes, and materials.
- Coordinate the budgeting process, facilitate performance reviews, and work with the supply chain team to promote continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a finance business partner role or similar.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous FMCG or manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
