What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow an inherited book of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalised financial advice across investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.

  • Convert high-value, warm leads into long-term client relationships.

  • Work closely with your dedicated paraplanner and compliance partners to deliver seamless, compliant client journeys.

  • Champion ethical financial planning while contributing to the firm’s growth and positive reputation.

What You’ll Bring
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII/Chartered/Certified); Chartered status welcomed but not essential.

  • Track record of working with affluent or HNW clients as a Financial Planner, IFA, or Wealth Manager.

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to build deep client trust and rapport.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a thriving client book.
