Our client is seeking a customer focussed Administrator to be based in their Chichester office, providing excellent support to their sales team.
Your responsibilities as the Administrator to the team includes:
- Providing a strong administration support to the team
- responding to customer enquiries
- Inputting orders onto the system
- Managing shared inbox
- Sending order acknowledgements and managing customer expectations
- Answering inbound calls from customers
To be a successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your organisational skills, you'll be an upbeat person looking to work in a thriving team and have strong administration skills.
The role is Monday - Friday and is 26K per annum.
