We're looking for a dedicated Behavioural Mentor to join our team in Chichester, working with primary students at our Pupil Referral Unit. The Role of a Behavioural Mentor:

As a Behavioural Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who face behavioural and emotional challenges. You'll guide them both academically and socially to help them engage and succeed.
You'll work closely with students in the classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and providing one-on-one support as needed. Behavioural Mentors are crucial in helping students stay focused and motivated.
Behavioural Mentors are also expected to join students during break times and lunch, building strong relationships and offering guidance in a relaxed, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) are required.
We are seeking a Behavioural Mentor who is patient, adaptable, and capable of working with students from a range of backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive, open-minded attitude.
A great sense of humour - Behavioural Mentors who bring joy and light-heartedness to their work can make a big difference in student outcomes.
The ability to build trust and provide ongoing support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed.
