Chef de Partie - Chichester - Fresh food restaurant £29,000 p/a
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for a Café/Restaurant based in Chichester, you will be working with a team of experienced chefs preparing, cooking and presenting food to agreed high standards.
Key Information:
* Salary: £29,000 + service charge
* Hours: 48 hours a week two days off, winter hours require no evenings Sunday-Thursday as restaurant closes at 6pm
* Location: Chichester
* Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
* To keep all working areas clean and tidy
* To supervise and motivate the team when required
* To comply with health and safety and food safety legislations
In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
* Experience working in a similar role / establishment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Passionate about food
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
