Head of IT
We are currently searching for a Head of IT to support and enable this multi-site and international business to be supported by an evolving and robust IT infrastructure for around 400 users.
Main Duties
- Develop a clear and robust IT Strategy
- Project Management including resourcing, financial reporting, scheduling and implementation
- Negotiate contracts & budgetary Control
- Ensure System Stability & Performance
- Managing the IT support team (UK & overseas)
Experience required:
- A background working in a company with high volume production or manufacturing of some kind is essential
- Several years experience at a senior level leading an IT function; likely to currently be Head of IT with users of 400+ across multiple sites
- Strategic management experience and able to operate at senior management team level within a corporate enterprise
- Demonstrable experience of instigating, managing and delivering programmes or projects both inside the IT department and throughout operations.
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, Exchange, Terminal Server/Citrix, Nav
