About the role:

Engage Education are working with a range of local Nursery and Primary schools in Portsmouth who are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to start ASAP. The ideal applicant will have:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you must have the following:

• a recognised qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ
• strong Nursery experience
• be willing to work as part of a team and be able to work independently
• be able to work using your own initiative

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in the nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
• Assist in the management of daily nursery operations and support leadership initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's activities and development.
