Stock Management:

  • Ensure accurate weighing, scanning, and system input for raw materials.
  • Perform daily stock counts and stock rotation.
  • Dispose of unwanted materials and packaging, using bespoke machinery.

Transportation & Logistics:

  • Analyse orders and liaise with transport representatives to arrange collections.
  • Complete transport logs, monitor transport temperatures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Loading & Dispatch:

  • Accurately pick, scan, and load customer orders onto transport, ensuring products are safely prepared for dispatch.
  • Manage pallet requirements and ensure transport collections are scheduled and planned efficiently.

Receiving & Storing:

  • Unload packaging materials, raw materials, and general supplies, ensuring accurate documentation records.
  • Use machinery to transport and store items in the correct locations, ensuring proper stock rotation and organisation.
  • Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to store raw materials and handle rejected materials in line with company procedures.
