Our Client is looking for a Transaction Manager to join their team in the Chichester area. As a Transaction Manager, you will be supervising the day-to-day activity of the sales executives, ensuring they achieve our targets whilst maximising the opportunity to sell their insurance & finance packages.
Transaction Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Hit Targets & KPI's and achieve maximum profit on the sales of insurance and finance packages.
- Deliver professional and high quality customer service.
- Implement and manage sales and referral processes.
- Work alongside the sales executives to ensure customer awareness with industry changes.
- To ensure team training is up to date and sales are in line with FCA guidelines.
Transaction Manager- Basic Requirements:
- FCA Accreditation - Essential
- Experience in Team Management - Essential
- Experience within the Automotive Industry
- Transaction Management experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- An understanding of vehicle Finance & Insurance products
