About Prestige Nursing & Care Worthing

Worthing branch prides itself on the care they deliver in and around the community, with colleagues and clients having been with us for over 15 years! Whilst our branch is situated in Worthing, much of our work is in and around our towns and villages. We offer a variety of care services; however, we do pride ourselves on the excellent support and care we deliver, specialising in homecare, complex care, and support work.

What our clients are looking for

Our Worthing office are recruiting for a team of Complex Care Workers to work full or part time hours, spread across our 2 complex packages in Chichester.

We are supporting 2 clients, 1 with MND, and 1 with Muscular Dystrophy. It is important we find carers who can be engaging, supportive and reliable. You will be improving the quality of life for our clients in their own home. We want to hear from carers with experience, but this does not need to be in complex care, we will provide you with fantastic training and shadow shifts, to enhance your skillset, and progress your career.

We're looking for:

  • Six months' paid experience in care - does not have to be complex care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence & own car is an advantage
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
