As an Administrator your responsibilities includes:
- Manage and organise medical and clerical staff schedules.
- Coordinate and facilitate healthcare services.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, billing, and contracts.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Report to and assist the department head as needed.
Profile
A successful Healthcare Administrator should have:
