About the Job:

This part-time role is based in Chichester and is for 22.5 hours per week. They offer flexible working options, including the possibility of working across 3 full days. You'll report to the UK HR Manager and provide essential HR support to their team, helping to drive employee engagement and retention.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starters and leavers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and induction documentation.
  • Maintain and update the HR system, running key reports as needed.
  • Track payroll changes, probation periods, and Right to Work checks.
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures, supporting employee relations and compliance.
  • Coordinate on-site events such as Town Halls, BBQs, and other social activities.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and administrative tasks related to annual reviews and salary letters.

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of HR Management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Experience supporting managers with HR policies and procedures.
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and maintain high attention to detail.
