Key Responsibilities
Project Handover & Onboarding
- Receive and manage project handovers from the sales team, including but not limited to penetration tests, IR, MDR, CE, CE+ engagements.
- Set up customers onplatform and conduct onboarding calls.
- Ensure customers receive clear next steps and guidance for their projects.
- Provide customer support for project updates.
Project Coordination & Administration
- Manage project admin, ensuring all deals have associated projects and are moved through the pipeline stages correctly.
- Set up loop pages for penetration tests to showcase key testing information.
- Create and maintain SharePoint folders for project documentation.
- Keep thecalendar up to date with critical project dates and deadlines.
- Provide regular project updates to the sales team, customers, and partners at key milestones.
Operational Efficiency & Data Management
- Log and track project data to support operations strategies, ensuring streamlined processes and identifying roadblocks.
- Capture essential project metrics, including time spent and staff utilisation, to optimise resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance efficiency in project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, project management tools, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report on project data.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify bottlenecks and enhance operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS or cyber security environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
