Key Responsibilities

Project Handover & Onboarding

  • Receive and manage project handovers from the sales team, including but not limited to penetration tests, IR, MDR, CE, CE+ engagements.
  • Set up customers onplatform and conduct onboarding calls.
  • Ensure customers receive clear next steps and guidance for their projects.
  • Provide customer support for project updates.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Manage project admin, ensuring all deals have associated projects and are moved through the pipeline stages correctly.
  • Set up loop pages for penetration tests to showcase key testing information.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint folders for project documentation.
  • Keep thecalendar up to date with critical project dates and deadlines.
  • Provide regular project updates to the sales team, customers, and partners at key milestones.

Operational Efficiency & Data Management

  • Log and track project data to support operations strategies, ensuring streamlined processes and identifying roadblocks.
  • Capture essential project metrics, including time spent and staff utilisation, to optimise resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance efficiency in project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, project management tools, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report on project data.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify bottlenecks and enhance operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS or cyber security environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
