IT Systems & Applications Specialist | 12 months FTC | Salary up to 50k based on experience

We are currently looking for a talented IT Systems & Applications Specialist to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Systems & Process Manager, you will provide application \ software support, advice, and maintenance of business applications across our 4 main manufacturing facilities. 

You wil already have experience in:

• Collaborating with stakeholders & functional leads in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements & developments.
• Overseeing the release of enhancements to existing applications and solutions, configuring & testing
• Providing application configuration and maintenance on NWF’s business facing systems.
• Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries. Prioritising requests in accordance with agreed criteria and with reference to the Service Desk SLA’s.
• Identifying and developing enhancements and functionality changes on the intranet portal and workflow tools
• Managing Relationships with major vendors & service providers to ensure they are cost effective and meet the needs of the organisation
• Performs related duties as assigned (including On Call Rota).
• Application Subject matter expert for tier 1 systems
• Ensuring availability & Maintenance of Business Applications
• Assisting in the delivery & Support of new Business Applications

Skills & Experience:

• SharePoint on Premise & Cloud
• Nintex Forms & Workflow
• Good understanding of Microsoft core stack, including server & core directory
• HND or equivalent in Information Systems/Computer Science or related preferred
• Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent preferred.
• Can demonstrate experience with SAAS products and demonstrate functional expertise
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Drivers are preferred due to potential travel between sites.
