Our client, a well-established kitchen design and installation company located in Chichester, is now seeking an experienced Kitchen Project Designer. They specialise in delivering high-quality, tailored kitchen solutions, primarily for the London contract market. With a team of 40 members, including 12 based in the Chichester office, they offer a friendly working environment and strong opportunities for career progression.

With a new Managing Director at the helm, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company with ambitious growth plans over the next three years.

• Salary £25,000 to £30,000

Kitchen Designer Job Overview

• Design and develop kitchen layouts that meet the client's requirements and expectations.
• Build an effective partnership with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on layouts, materials, finishes, and functionality in the kitchen.
• Manage the design and quotation process from the initial scope of works to design, costing, and ordering of all kitchen components.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet the highest standards.
• Attend on-site and online meetings to ensure communication with the client is managed in a timely and effective way.

Kitchen Designer Job Requirements

• Experience in kitchen design is essential, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Winner is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the tendering process of large housing developments.
• Drive to succeed and offer high standards of customer service.
