Job Overview
We are seeking a Production and Warehouse Worker to join our clients team in managing the flow of materials within their warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to machine loading, labelling, palletising, shipping and stock maintenance.
Our client is urgently seeking a new member to join their team with an immediate start. The location is just outside Chichester and is on a bus route, free onsite parking will be provided.
Duties
- Efficiently handle materials within the warehouse
- Perform loading of the machines as part of the team
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods
- Utilise mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
- Assist with the palletising of finished products
- Maintain stock levels and organise inventory
- Operate forklifts for material handling
- Assist in building and assembling products
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
This work can be dirty and heavy but is extremely rewarding.
