Job Specification: Tractor Operator with Lime Mix Experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tractor Operator with a background in lime mixing to join our team in Chichester. The successful candidate will hold a valid Blue CPCS ticket and demonstrate a strong understanding of agricultural machinery and lime mixing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors safely and efficiently for various tasks, including soil preparation and lime mixing.
- Mix and apply lime as per project specifications, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Blue CPCS ticket.
- Proven experience operating tractors, particularly in lime mixing.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
