Civil Litigation and Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
My client, a highly-regarded law firm, are recruiting for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, as well as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly Chichester office.
Commercial Property Solicitor / Executive:
The ideal candidate will be 1-3 years PQE, commercially aware and have some experience working across all arears of Property Law including acquisitions and disposals, residential development, landlord and tenant and financing. Alternatively, someone with experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales who is looking to expand their remit into commercial transactional work would be considered. Some prior training and/or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial would be an advantage.
Whilst technical skill is important, the team is dedicated to a pragmatic, holistic approach to matters and we are looking for a like-minded individual to enjoy a fresh challenge with real potential for career progression.
Civil Litigation Solicitor / Executive:
The ideal candidate with be 5-10 years PQE with a proven track records of handling a variety of civil litigation matters, to include but not limited to;
- Commercial and residential property disputes
- Contested probate
- Debt claims
- Contract disputes
- Building disputes
- Professional negligence
- Defamation, libel & slander
This is an excellent opportunity to grow an existing department for a successful, high street practice. A good knowledge of a broad variety of civil litigation/dispute resolution areas is therefore important.
