An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join a reputable legal practice with offices in Chichester. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters.

Duties will include:

  • Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
  • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters.
  • Liaising with the Property Litigation Department in relation to contentious matters.
  • Drafting various complex property related documentation.
  • Active involvement in business development.

Desired skills:

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of PQE+ .
  • Experience in running your own Commercial Property caseload.
  • Experience of dealing with small Corporate Commercial transactions is desired but not essential.
