Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with NQ-3 years PQE.
  • Commercially aware with experience across all areas of Property Law, including acquisitions and disposals, residential development, landlord and tenant, and financing.
  • Alternatively, candidates with experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales looking to expand into commercial transactional work will be considered.
  • Prior training and/or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial law is advantageous.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.

Salary open to experience. Hybrid working available.
