Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with NQ-3 years PQE.
- Commercially aware with experience across all areas of Property Law, including acquisitions and disposals, residential development, landlord and tenant, and financing.
- Alternatively, candidates with experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales looking to expand into commercial transactional work will be considered.
- Prior training and/or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial law is advantageous.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
Salary open to experience. Hybrid working available.
