Our client a professional firm are seeking an administrative assistant to join their friendly team in the Compliance department of their Chichester office.

You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and have a strong academic background with at least 5 GCSE's.

You should have drive and enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.

You could have previous office experience or be a graduate or college leaver looking for your initial role.

Full training will be provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Administration Manager in all aspects of responsibility ensuring Engagement, Disengagement and all Co Sec activities for clients are dealt with expediently, professionally and in accordance with internal procedures
  • Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are uploaded to CCH Document Centre and reviewed on a regular basis under supervision of Client Administration Manager
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures relating to H&S and quality management
  • Any other general administrative duties as required.
  • Participation in 'oneoff’ data projects in liaison with Client Administration Manager and/or Practice Manager
  • Arrange, participate and minute meetings, conferences and other company events as required
