This is a position for a No.1 Site Manager to join a regional developer of which specialise on bespoke, high value properties across the South.

You will be joining an upcoming project due to set off at the start of April, working on a 30 unit development of high end, bespoke properties, each valuing around 1.5 million in Chichester.

Experience desired: No1 Site Management experience, Bespoke housing, High end property developments, low unit developments.

Experience necessary: Black or above CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
