Customer Analyst

About the Role:
As a Customer Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and that all operational commitments are fulfilled. You will be the key point of contact for customers, coordinating with various teams to achieve the best outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Customer Coordination:

  • Regularly review customer contracts to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Maintain and update customer portfolios for accurate reporting.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Manage customer-specific data and requests to guarantee business continuity.

Communication:

  • Attend customer meetings and calls, bringing in subject matter experts as needed.
  • Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure timely and high-quality task delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and phone, ensuring excellent service within SLAs.
  • Identify action points from meetings and track progress to resolution.

Project Involvement:

- Identify and support project opportunities across the Operations Team.
