Agricultural Service Engineer – Tractors, combine harvesters & plant machinery

Chichester

£38k - £42k DOE + AMAZING OVERTIME (double time) + VAN + fuel card + Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (Finnish at 3:30pm on Fridays)

We are the exclusive staffing partner to a renowned nationwide company providing engineering services to the farming & agricultural industries.

Due to contract wins & natural expansion, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with experienced technician or Service Engineers with experience of providing fault diagnostics on tractors, combine harvesters and general construction, farming plant machinery.

The Duties of the Agricultural Service Engineer will include;

• Reactive and planned maintenance on the company’s fleet of tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers & HGV’s
• Fault diagnostics on all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical systems
• Ensure that all administration is up to date and inputted into their vehicle management system
• Work to the companies high standards in health and sagely
• Support other members of the workshop team
• Hours of work, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (Finnish at 3:30pm on Fridays)

 The Successful Agricultural Service Engineer will enjoy:

• £38k - £42k DOE

 The Required experience & characteristics of the PSV Technician will be:

• Proven experience providing planned maintenance, fault diagnostics & reactive maintenance on Tractors, Combine Harvesters, HGV
• Live within 45mins commute of their workshop in Didcot  
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Professional fluency in English both written & verbally
