Are you ready to be part of a team that redefines the way the world moves? We are looking for a Bespoke Project Engineer to join our Strategy, Improvement, and Quality Management Team within Bespoke Engineering and Purchasing.
What You'll Do- Coordinate strategy deployment across multiple engineering disciplines and external supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Lead structured improvement programs, including digitisation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee quality management actions, audits, and evaluations to maintain the highest standards.
- Influence cross-functional projects, including budget steering, compliance, training, and communication initiatives.
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of automotive best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to conceptualise and drive digital transformation initiatives.
