Sanderson is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for to Project Engineer/ Project Coordinator be Goodwood based out.

Role:

  • Be a part of the team responsible to co-ordinate strategy deployment topics within the cross-functional team including multiple engineering disciplines (series liaison, bespoke mechanical, bespoke electrical, release) and multiple external supply chain disciplines (purchasing and supplied parts quality).
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders in the team to maximise continuous improvement within the wider organisation, maximising employee engagement through structured improvement programmes & sprint projects, including digitalisation of tools and methods in pursuit of efficiency gains.
  • Co-ordinating our Quality management actions including audits and evaluations to ensure work is performed to required standards.
  • A cross-functional steering, influence & reporting role.
  • Other aspects steered by the team, some of which would be steerable by you: budget steering, compliance steering, facilities steering, training, communication event scheduling and facilitation.
  • University degree in Engineering, Business Management / Improvement, or suitable alternative.
  • Significant professional experience in the Automotive industry, including familiarity with "operational excellence methods".
  • Knowledge of Automotive best practice tools and methods, and interactions between to a "trainer level".
