The client is a global manufacturer and distributor of data weigh equipment in the food manufacturing sector, with over 100 years of trading history.
They are seeking a Service Engineer in the South East, preferably with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of electrical packages.
Candidates should possess at least a BTEC/ONC in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, and training on specific machinery will be provided.
The role involves servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines at customer sites, with core working hours from Monday to Friday and occasional pre-planned weekend work.
The position offers a salary of £40,000, a fully expensed company car, laptop, phone, and excellent benefits including a bonus scheme, with opportunities for career growth.

With a global presence , our client is a specialist manufacturer and distributor ofdata weigh equipment withinfood manufacturing industries. They have been trading for over 100 years and are a top 10 company within this sector.

Due to client growth , they are looking for an additional Service Engineer in the South East.

You will ideally be an Electrical Engineer or a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of electrical packages. Training will be given on the machinery , but as a minimum you will need to have a BTEC/ONC in electrical engineering or proven time served experience.

You will be expected to attend pre booked appointments to service , maintain and trouble shoot machines on customer sites as well those on their own site.

This is an unusual role as the core working hours are Monday - Friday with only pre planned weekend work ( when required) which is on a pre planned rota.

Whilst you will be covering the South East , the nearer you are to Chichester , the better as they have a high concentration of clients near Chichester.
