Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Supervise and support HCAs in delivering person-centred care
- Maintain care records and ensure compliance with care home policies
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and well-being
Qualifications:
- Active NMC pin (Registered General Nurse)
- Experience in a care home setting preferred.
- Work authorization for the UK is essential
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
Schedule:
- 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
- Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
