Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, immunisations, and routine health screenings.

Collaborate closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Offer patient education and health promotion to empower individuals in managing their well-being.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
Previous experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Proficient in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
Experience in chronic disease management is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Competent in using clinical systems and electronic patient records.
