Lettings Administrator
Salary: £23k - £26k DOE + company benefits
Location: Chichester
Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-18.00pm Fri 9am - 17.30pm and 1 in 3 Sat 9am - 14.00pm

Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients.
- Deling with incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Booking in meetings, scheduling appointments and viewings.
- Arranging property window and board displays.
- Carrying out referencing, right to rent checks etc
- Coordinating check ins and check outs with tenants.
- Dealing with calls and booking in maintenance checks.
- Coordinating property inspections and ensuring compliance for the property is adhered to.
- Updating the in-house database accurately.
- Admin support for the lettings team, ordering stationary and other office supplies.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Strong administration background ideally within lettings or property in general.
- Great customer service skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
- A natural problem solver and solution driven.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and varies role.
- Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
- Personable, articulate and a strong team player.
