Lettings Administrator

Salary: £23k - £26k DOE + company benefits

Location: Chichester

Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-18.00pm Fri 9am - 17.30pm and 1 in 3 Sat 9am - 14.00pm

If so, I have a great opportunity that has just opened in my clients’ modern offices based in Chichester.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients.
  • Deling with incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Booking in meetings, scheduling appointments and viewings.
  • Arranging property window and board displays.
  • Carrying out referencing, right to rent checks etc
  • Coordinating check ins and check outs with tenants.
  • Dealing with calls and booking in maintenance checks.
  • Coordinating property inspections and ensuring compliance for the property is adhered to.
  • Updating the in-house database accurately.
  • Admin support for the lettings team, ordering stationary and other office supplies.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Strong administration background ideally within lettings or property in general.
  • Great customer service skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • A natural problem solver and solution driven.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and varies role.
  • Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
  • Personable, articulate and a strong team player.
