Our client, a leading company managing an impressive portfolio of properties, is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic team in Tangmere. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the experienced Asset Manager while thriving in a busy and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Team, including contract management, warranty oversight, fee proposals, and Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain and update the database to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Build and nurture effective working relationships with external suppliers, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives for development sites and manage associated budgets.
  • Support the Asset Manager with contract administration, tenders, quotes, and access.
  • Instruct and liaise with contractors for maintenance and repair works, ensuring projects are completed to satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed understanding of the estate and our customers to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage documentation for development projects, including filing systems and document control.
  • Attend management meetings and ensure accurate documentation of minutes.
