Our client is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team in the Chichester area.The ideal candidate would have:* Experience of working in a fresh produce or fresh food environment.* Knowledge with retail audit standards and have experience implementing continual improvement processes.* HACCP Level 3.* Food Safety Level 3.* Experience in supporting or running BRC audits.* The candidate must have a valid driving licence.Responsibilities and duties will include:* Develop and control a programme of internal audits against certification and customer standards, good manufacturing practice, hygiene and fabrication.* Control and manage non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring root causes are addressed.* Actively participate in the company HACCP team and other working groups as appropriate.* Supervising of a team focused on ensuring audit and quality standards are met.* Ensure accurate compliance records are maintained.* Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations as given in company Risk Assessments.This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00Our client will be offering 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company laptop and mobile.
