Job Description

Recruit UK is thrilled to partner with a prominent investment firm to recruit an Administrator for their Chichester office. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, manage account administration, and handle any required updates to ensure seamless service.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers comprehensive training and professional development, with potential for extension or internal progression for high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee the full administration process, ensuring smooth operations
  • Ensure client suitability requirements are met and provide support to the Investment Manager
  • Handle account openings, closures, tax queries, portfolio transfers, and client data updates
  • Answer phone calls and assist with client meetings as needed
  • Support advisers in preparing for client meetings and reviews
