Are you looking for a new exciting role? We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional Master Butcher to join established team.
As Master Butcher, you'll be able to inspire, motivate and coach the team, taking them through this unique approach and be confident in managing the butchery team to a high standard.
You will be managing butchery operation, overseeing all aspects of meat preparation, aging and maximising the margins per animal. You'll be working as part of a strong passionate team delivering differing cuts, along with all aspects of meat preparation in order to exceed our customer's expectations, whilst developing and improving existing lines.

Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A "can-do" attitude
* A flexible approach to work and the ability to work unsupervised
