This is a great opportunity, working alongside a great team. My client is a well established award winning company working with a strong pipeline of projects throughout 2025.
The Role:
- Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £200k up to £15m
- Prepare tender packages
- Site Measurements when required
- Work closely with subcontractors for procurement
- Site visits where necessary
- Cost planning
- Value Engineering where required
- Working with the client to produce competitve cost plans / tenders for the project delivery
This well established and respected contractor is looking for:
- Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer or subcontractor)
- Negotiation skills
- Team Player
- Self starter and organisational skills
Role: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Location: Chichester
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Upto £65k + Mileage
