Property Manager / Block Manager - Chichester - ££highly competitive - flexible working

We’re working with a long established, highly reputable property consultancy based near Chichester.

Within their Block Management team, which oversees a long held and local, high quality mixed portfolio comprising RTM, Developer and Freehold blocks, they now require a competent, service minded Property Manager/ Block Manager as follows:

  • Working on a hybrid basis (2-3 days from home) reporting in to a Chichester office as required
  • Undertaking the full range of leasehold property management duties, from budget setting to major works consultation, insurance provision and AGM’s
  • Provide an accountable, thorough and cost effective service to long standing, valued clients
  • Working with the support of a property administrator, liaising effectively with in-house accountancy and surveying teams reporting directly to the MD
  • Portfolio is manageable in terms of size and situated within 20 miles of central Chichester
  • Being local/having local knowledge would be beneficial

IRPM/TPI or RICS qualification is desirable but isn’t essential as the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will be supported to obtain it where desired.

Salary for the successful property manager / block manager is negotiable according to experience and qualification but will certainly fall in line with expectations/market rates and be reviewed periodically with uplifts based on tenure and performance.
