Lettings Administrator

Chichester

Join our team on a Full-time Permanent basis working  Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays  

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join a growing Property Management firm in Chichester. Working in the Lettings Department you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the department's work. In return, you will be offered a salary of £25,000 , a permanent position and a generous holiday allowance with progression opportunities within the company.  

Duties: 

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
  • Managing Letting department correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and viewings.
  • Arranging property boards • Co-ordinating check-in and check-out appointments with tenants.
  • Liaising with applicants throughout the letting process including utility bills and measure ups.
  • Assisting with general maintenance of properties.
  • Obtaining, monitoring, and chasing utility meter readings.
  • Organising and maintaining compliance for properties.
  • Co-ordinating property inspections.
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for the Lettings department.
