An exciting role of Property Administrator has arisen within a small, but well established, forward thinking, and ever-growing business based in Tangmere. Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team of professionals, this role will see you undertaking a variety of tasks including:

  • Providing administration support to the Estates Team including completing contracts, overseeing warranties, fee proposals and Purchase Orders
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Support with marketing activities and initiatives
  • Assist the Asset Manager with contract administration, tenders, quotes and access
  • Liaise with and instruct contractors over maintenance and repair works and see through to completion

Whilst previous property experience would be an advantage, the most important qualities are strong organisational skills, a professional, helpful and proactive approach to work and the ability to multitask.
