About the Role:
Joining on a permanent basis, you will oversee the outsourced payroll, pensions, and benefits provisions while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:Managing payroll operations, including RTI, P60s, P11Ds, and PSA submissionsOverseeing employee benefits schemes and liaising with HMRCPreparing training, benefits, and recruitment budgetsConducting salary benchmarking and supporting annual pay reviewsMaintaining HR and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy

Who We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:Extensive experience in payroll management (in-house or outsourced)Strong knowledge of RTI, P60s, P11Ds, PSA, and HMRC regulationsProven expertise in administering employee benefits schemesA keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
