About the Role:

Joining on a permanent basis, you will oversee the outsourced payroll, pensions, and benefits provisions while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:Managing payroll operations, including RTI, P60s, P11Ds, and PSA submissionsOverseeing employee benefits schemes and liaising with HMRCPreparing training, benefits, and recruitment budgetsConducting salary benchmarking and supporting annual pay reviewsMaintaining HR and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy
