Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Overview
- Engaging with clients and candidates to build strong relationships
- Marketing our recruitment services via phone and email to potential clients
- Managing existing client accounts and providing excellent customer service
- Sourcing and matching candidates to exciting job opportunities
- Reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews
- Writing and advertising job roles online
Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Requirements
- Ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
- Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C), including English & Maths (A-Levels/Degree beneficial)
Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Remuneration
- Competitive starting salary with uncapped commission

- 20 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays + paid Christmas shutdown
Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:30, Friday 8:30-13:00 - Early finish Fridays!
