About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented candidates with exceptional job opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews to ensure candidate availability and suitability.
  • Sales & Business Development: Following up on leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Conducting Sales Meetings: Showcasing our services to potential clients and discussing their business needs.
  • Advertising & Candidate Attraction: Utilising job boards and social media to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with registered candidates for up-to-date records.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring all information is kept compliant as per company policies.
  • Communication: Assisting with branch telephone and email queries.
