Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Compliance Manager to join their business.

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Ensure the business meets all customer, third-party, and internal standards through documented business practices and thorough audits.
* Maintain and improve quality management systems to deliver products that meet customer specifications and legal requirements.
* Act as the primary contact for customers regarding product quality and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Continually enhance products and processes, documenting improvements to drive business success.
* Evaluate and audit all suppliers annually, ensuring compliance with business standards and customer requirements.
* Assist and support the Quality Assurance Team, working closely with senior management to cover all quality-related areas.
* Ensure all customer product specifications are accurate and completed on time, supporting product launches and updates.
* Collaboration: Work with growing, production, and commercial teams to maintain and improve product quality and innovation.
* Support external and third-party audits, presenting necessary information and ensuring all requirements are met.
* Provide timely information on technical, quality, and compliance performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
