Exciting Opportunity: Join our dynamic team on a cutting-edge Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) project in beautiful Chichester! We're seeking a passionate and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to play a vital role in upgrading homes with energy-efficient solutions like External Wall Insulation (EWI), new windows, and state-of-the-art roof insulation.

About the Role:

As an RLO, you'll be the friendly face of this transformative project. You'll build strong relationships with residents, ensuring they're informed and engaged throughout every stage. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Championing resident satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Project communication expert: Clearly communicate project details, timelines, and benefits to residents.
  • Consent & access: Secure resident consent for works and manage property access efficiently.
  • Quality control: Monitor works on-site, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Energy efficiency advocate: Educate residents on the benefits of energy-efficient upgrades and their impact on the environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an RLO or in a similar customer-facing role within the construction or housing sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural at building rapport!
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety best practices.
  • Experience with energy efficiency measures (desirable).
